Lovable is a cutting edge browser based AI Coding Agent and I've been toying with it for the past few months. I've gotten to know the team quite well and they've hired me for multiple projects now. They needed something last minute and came to me to get it done.
We started with a discovery call to define the scope of the project, came up with a delivery timeline and off I went. Luckily after years of doing this myself, I've built an incredible team around me that takes a lot of the process off my back while I get to retain the quality my clients have come to love.
The original timeline was half of the project was due within 2 days and the other half within 4. We not only completed the entire project within the intial two days, but also took on an additional video edit with the remaining 2 days to spare. The client was pumped and we'll be stoked to get another call back soon from such an awesome team!
I'm constantly refining our process with my team, getting used to the way each of us works together and getting on the same page. With this, I've truly realized the power of the team behind me and our capability. My lesson on this job is appreciation!
